Immigration Dates in and out of country

First of all, I'd like to thank you for this site to get answers!
This is a strange one - so not sure if anyone can help tho.

I need to state up front that I am a dual citizen of Canada and Australia.
I moved to Australia in the early 80's.
I am now on Aged Pension.

I have been contacted by Service Canada regarding specific dates I have lived in Australia to ascertain the correct pension amount payable to myself.
I talked with this department who said they need dates (day, month, year) for the following:

1. Initial landing in Australia from Canada (early 80's) under the name Lorreen Christine Wylie

2. Date of departure from Australia for Canada (approximately 1983 in the fall) under the same name as above

3. Date of return to Australia from Canada (approximately 1.5 years after the above date) under the same name as above

I have no records at hand to support these dates and was advised to talk with someone from Immigration for assistance in this regard.

Can you give me much needed advice in this matter?
And especially who to phone and name?

Just for clarification are you resident now in Canada or Australia , assume the latter ?

Yes, I live in Australia.
I arrived early 80's, went back to Canada for 1.5 yrs - then fled winter for good!
