Hello there. I am planning to immigrate to Canada , but I have few doubts in mind. I had previously applied for study permit to Canada, it was rejected twice. So if I apply for immigration through express entry or pnp , will that affect my application ? I have one year of experience as sales executive (FMCG) so under which pnp can I apply for ? When I searched for the NOC code it is falling under skill level C. Is it correct?
Thanks

Having a refused study permit does not affect your application. You need to decide your NOC.
