Hi there. I have heard that in Canada, Alberta is the main hub of Trucking terminals. Wondering if someone from Europe, with Truck Driving License and experience, can immigrate to Canada based on that skills (skill level C, NOC 7533). Or best bet is first to get a job offer?
Are there any nominee programs that will help me to get inside Canada and get work permit, quickly, within 3-6 months?

No quick programs. You need a job offer with LMIA from employer and then apply for closed work permit. No nominee programs in the West but you can look at Eastern Canada.

Not through AINP, you have to be eligible for Express Entry. You need a job offer with LMIA and then apply for closed work permit. Process can take a long time.
