I am planning to go to india for 21 days. Now the situation is my work permit is expiring on 22 march 2014. so should i go or is their risk while returning to canada at canada airport. also i m applying for my provincial PR on 5 feb. so i have a document of applying it.also employment full time letter and letter of vacation approval. And i am planning to go on 20 january n returning on 9 february.

I cannot do early bcz. Of the rules of skilled worker.and I have applied before for Sinp I student cats gory but got rejection as I have not completed a year.
so u did not complete ur study full time student as u suppoe too..according to student visa u suppose to study full time...not part time..if u did part time...now a daus they dont renew ur visa..chances r they will refuse u at airport....ur entry.....right...
