Are there any people who have experienced trouble in immigration due to Spousal Abuse under both cases :-
1) when both are in Canada.
2) when one is in Canada and other is in India.

Short answer is yes.

Abusive behavior often includes:

• Threats
• Physical violence
• Insulting or degrading comments
• Destroying property
• Extreme jealousy

We seen posts in this forum from time to time that one spouse (and/or related person) gave threats to the other spouse to cancel their PR status or in process.
