Research the Express Entry program: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/works.html

Note that you'll need to go through a re-certifcation process in order to work as a doctor in Canada which is a lengthly process. Please research that before making plans to immigrate here so that you know what's involved.

What if finished PLAB exams and get GMC registration.
You still need to go through a re-certification process. You need to spend time reading up on this to understand what it involves.
