Immigrating to Canada Prior to Green Card Interview in US

Hello. My Wife has made it abundantly clear how much She loves Canada. She fell in love with the country on her first visit. She'd much rather live in Canada than the US, particularly Quebec. I would love to know what steps would She have to take in order to accomplish this? She has a Canadian Visa about to expire in a few months, and as She is in the US She has the Work and Travel Document Card. She's still waiting for the Green Card interview. Thanks.

So are you a Canadian PR or a citizen if so just sponsor her

If not then she will need to look at one of the immigration programs

If you are not Canadian and cannot sponsor her, note that Quebec has its own separate economic immigration process, currently outside of Express Entry:
