Your question isn't too clear.

First of all, Canada does not have a green card - only permanent residency cards.

If your PR card has 2 years left to expire, then yes - you can certainly move to Canada. When you can sponsor your family for PR depends on whether you meet the PR residency obligation. If you have lived in Canada for at least two years in the last five years - then you can sponsor your family for PR immediately. If you have not lived in Canada for two years in the last five years, then you will have to move to Canada and live in Canada until you have at least two years of residency in Canada in the previous five years before you'll be able to sponsor your family. If you sponsor your family without meeting he residency obligation, your sponsorship application will be refused and your PR status will be revoked.

thank u for your replay my husband granted canadien permanent residency in 2009 but he traveled to usa and he granted us citizenship i deliver 2 kids they granted us citizenship but still have to wait few months to get us citizenship too my question is that we want to move to canada trought the process of immigration that allow us to benefit from green card all of us at the same time but since his green card will expire after 2 years we wants to know if we should wait until it expire and apply for immigration or we can apply after few months when ill have my citizen ? is it allowed to apply ? if yes they will replace her old green card and give us all of us permanent resident statut ? or we cant immigrate together i need help thanks .

still have another question plz we have opportunity to move together by husband work visa together to canada can we wait until he sponsor us to get permanent resident statut? can he apply for new canadien permanent resident after expiration if he has never lived in canada ?

Your husband cannot apply for a work permit since he is technically still a PR. If he tries applying for a work permit now, it will be refused. If he wants to apply for a work permit he will first have to officially give up his PR status.

You cannot move with your husband to Canada. Also, he will not be able to sponsor you until he has spent two years in Canada.

You won't be able to immigrate together unless your husband gives up his PR status and applies for PR again from the beginning.

thank u very much for the answer , can he give up her green card easily ? how much time probably take to complete the process ?

Green card is only for USA.

PR card is for Canada. Canada does not have a green card.

You need to clarify what you are talking about since it's confusing as to what you're asking.

It sounds like your husband does not meet the residency requirements for his Canadian PR for no other reason than choosing to live in the US rather than in Canada.

If that is the case, he could try to move to Canada but if they catch him, they will report him and revoke his PR. If they don't catch him, he'll have to stay 2 years straight without leaving in order to meet the residency requirements again and during that time, he can't sponsor you and the kids.

Another option would be to renounce his PR status and apply for Canadian immigration from scratch if he qualifies under the current immigration programs. Then he could apply for PR for all of you at the same time.
