Immigrate to Ontario to study

Hi everybody

I want to emigrate to Canada with my wife and two daughters.
I have received an application form for school for my children.
Now that I have come to Canada for a visa, I have encountered a problem preventing me from completing my daughters form and saying that I must complete Imm 5646.
I want to immigrate to Canada to study for my children and I don't know what forms to choose for myself.
Please help me how I can fix this problem.
