Most likely no - but you haven't provided enough information for us to help you.
There is a small chance he can sponsor you for PR if he meets ALL of the below requirements:
- is not married / has no common law partner
- has no children
- both of your parents are deceased
- there are no other family members living in Canada (e.g. aunt, uncle)
Also, if you are under 22 years old - then he may be able to qualify to sponsor your parents and include you in the application as a dependent.
Otherwise you will need to qualify and apply on your own through an economic immigration stream like express entry.
