Immigrate to Canada with no any programm

Hy everyone..
I have a husband and little son..We want to immigrate in Canada,for better life..
We don`t have a high schools and collages diploma..
We reach a education of secondary school,my husband is salesman,and i am a cook
Intend to go in Montreal,i know we`re don`t know france,but we know english(not perfect)..
we will learn france in language school..And start working as soon as possible..
Have anyone same problem,or know someone who came on same way??
And how long is waiting for citizenship,and what is crucial factor to get approval for citizenship card??

Thanks..But there is no application for me..
I˙m something like a refugee,here where I live, few people are verbal discriminating some of us..
Their origin is here,my origin is Bosnia,and i can˙t get job,becouse they will employ some of their domestic peoples..

In order to immigrate to Canada, you must qualify to apply through one of the immigration streams listed on the link that Steaky provided. If you do not qualify to apply through any of the immigration streams listed on the link that Steaky provided, then unfortunately it doesn't sound like it will be possible for you to immigrate to Canada at this time.
