Hi I am Garry from india. I m 35 years old and i have ielts 6 bands. I have one year experience in light duty cleaning / front desk food attendant . I checked them thats noc c code in noc codes of jobs. Also i have only done high school or 12th grade. Can i come to canada under atlantic Program or a regional rural program or nova scotia or anything . I want to come as pr not work permit

If you have a job offer from a designated employer, and are eligible for the AIPP then yes. Once you have that you apply for provincial endorsement. Post further questions under Provincial Nomination Programs.
