Hi , almost 5 years ago my husband was deported from USA for aggravated felony- theft of property ( only aggravated because it was over 500$ ) back to Germany. The felony happened when he was young . He had a career as a welder , Mechanic and run his own buisness before he got deported. Now in Germany he went back to school here to have a European standard welding paper to work in Europe wich he has a welding job here . But he wants to move to Canada . He worked there before he got deported and liked it . My question is , can someone tell us if it’s possible? And if so how it works ? We are thankful for any help !

He's currently inadmissible to Canada (meaning he cannot enter Canada). He will have to apply for rehabilitation before he will be allowed to enter Canada due to the felony. He will qualify to apply for rehabilitation once a full five years have passed from the date he completed any sentence/penalty/fee/probation related to his crime. The rehabilitation application can take anywhere from a few months to over a year to process. So it will be a bit of a wait. Information on how to apply for rehab here:
