my sister, her husband and kids are getting their PR approved this week because they are done with their earrings and the judge accepted their claim through bin a refugee,so i wana get a TRV and go to canada and apply for refugee upon arrival. This is the question, can i relate with my sister, like staying with her through out my asylum claim and can she help me out too. Please i need an answer to this.thanks
As explained, there is zero change you will be approved for a TRV. This is because your sister claimed refugee status in Canada and IRCC will assume you want to do the same thing. You need to forget about the TRV - it's going to be refused. If you want to become a PR, you will need to apply through an economic immigration program like Express Entry.

It doesn't matter if her claim was accepted. The fact she claimed refugee status pretty much guarantees your TRV will be refused.

Unfortunately you don't have any other options. Any temporary visa (TRV, study permit, work permit) is going to be refused because of your sister's refugee claim. If immigrating to Canada is your priority, then you will have to focus on getting the qualifications and funds required to qualify for the economic immigration programs.
