Immigiration in skilled class

I applied for immigration in skilled class category about an year ago from Pakistan.Now I am leaving for USA at J1 visa for 6 months.The processing at Pakistan is very slow. I want to ask if there is any possible way to speed up my case while i am in usa or in canada for visit.
Secondly immigration consultant may help me in this connection or not. I fulfill the requirements of skilled class category.

In order to apply for FSW through the US, you would have to have a visa for the US for at least 1 year. There is not much you can do to make our FSW faster but you could try to get a job offer and temporary work permit.
