Immediate Rejection after submitting my profile for the Express Entry pool

Hello,
I am 29 years old with a Master's in Information Systems and 4-5 years of work experience. I have 2 issues pertaining to profile creation for Express Entry pool. Anyone who has gone through the same issue and can help in any manner, would be hugely appreciated. Looking forward to your support. Thank you!

  • (HIGH PRIORITY) When I create a profile to get into the Express Entry pool, I get a rejection email within a couple of minutes of my submission. I have tried submitting for the pool for the first time. My IELTS band is 8, and my ECA evaluation has been done as well. I have sufficient funds (~15,000+ CAD) as well. As mentioned before, I have relevant work experience and a STEM degree. I am unable to understand what I'm missing out on here.
    On logging in to my portal, it says that I have not met the minimum requirements and don’t qualify for EE. There is no score (total score=0) that shows by how much I have missed out by or what was the problem with my application. I am not sure why there are no points showing up on my profile.
  • Also, for questions relating to occupation, they ask the date of first time we started working in the same field we are skilled in. My work started for the first time in 2014 after my undergrad studies. I went for a Masters program in between, after 3 years and then resumed my work after graduating in 2018. In such a circumstance, should we put the date in 2014 and the date in 2018? Both work experiences are relating to same field.
 
check if you have 1 yr continuous exp in your primary noc and dont enter any foreign diplomas without eca's

There are one or more questions you are answering incorrectly. Hard to say what those are without more information.

What have you listed as your NOC? Do you have one year of continuous work experience in that NOC?
 
I have 2.5 yrs and then 2 yrs experience. I went to grad school in between for 2 years. NOC 2171 (Skill Type A) for 2.5 years or 2173 for 2 years. I am not sure if that is resulting in 0 score. I did submit my Language scores too.
 
Thank you all. Got that issue sorted. It occurs if you miss any education years, it does not calculate the score and immediately turns the score to 0. Lesson learnt!
