IMM5801/Pre arrival and medical exam email at the same time?

Last week we sent in our police clearance form and individual extracts after they were requested from our local VO.

Today we recieved an email containing the IMM5801 forum which I believe is the pre arrival service letter, we also recieved 2 emails each containing forums for my mother & I to do our medical exams.

Can anyone clarify if its normal to recieve both at the same time? I know that the IMM5801 is supposed to come near the end of the process. What does this mean exactly?

Also, does this mean that the background clearance is now complete?

not impossible to receive both.

does not mean background check is complete.....check your application status thru online account for background check status.
