Hi,
I (Indian passport holder living in USA on H1B visa) am planning to apply for 6 tourist visas using one online application representing the following people:
1. me and my wife (on H4 US dependent visa) with country of residence of USA
2. my indian passport holder (with stamped B1B2 US tourist visa) parents with country of residence of India
3. my wife's indian passport holder (with stamped B1B2 US tourist visa) parents with country of residence of India

Because I will be representing all 6 people above (including myself), I want to know:
1. IMM5257E Contact Information Mailing Address for all 6 people will be my (representative) mailing address in USA?
2. Do my parents and wife's parents (currently in India) will also need to submit their passport to VAC (Visa Application Center) in New York, USA or a VFS location in India?

Hi,

You cannot apply for all six applications through one online account/as one online application.

1. me and my wife (on H4 US dependent visa) with country of residence of USA
You can apply for yourself and your wife as one application (principal applicant + dependent/family member)

2. my indian passport holder (with stamped B1B2 US tourist visa) parents with country of residence of India
3. my wife's indian passport holder (with stamped B1B2 US tourist visa) parents with country of residence of India
Your in-laws and your parents must apply on their own i.e. create two separate online accounts (in-laws would apply together + parents would apply together)

Because I will be representing all 6 people above (including myself), I want to know:
1. IMM5257E Contact Information Mailing Address for all 6 people will be my (representative) mailing address in USA?
Your parents and in-laws must provide their addresses in India.

They would be signing the IMM 5476 form i.e. Use of Representative.

2. Do my parents and wife's parents (currently in India) will also need to submit their passport to VAC (Visa Application Center) in New York, USA or a VFS location in India?
VFS in India. Their applications will be considered as submitted in India even if you are their representative

Thank you. After reading the definition of "family member", you are right about submitting three different applications (because me and my wife are family members, my in-law parents are separate family members, and my parents are separate family members).

Because of my situation (me and my wife residing in US, and my parents/in-law parents residing in India who aren't tech savvy) could you please answer the following:
1. Can I be representative and sponsor for all 3 separate applications using my one GCKey account or do I need to create three different GCKey accounts?
2. Can I apply online for my parents/in-law parents from http://www.cic.gc.ca or do I need to apply from https://www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/india/how_to_apply.html since my parents/in-law parents reside in India?

Thank you

1. Three different accounts
2. You can do it online on MyCIC. VFS just happens to have the option of submitting a paper application. Bryanna only mentioned the submission to VFS as they are based in India.

PS: Since you seem to have a lot of questions about the process, I suggest to post future questions in one of your existing threads instead, instead of making a new thread for every question you come up with. Your questions are basic enough that they can also be answered by doing some reading on the forums, CIC website, and making yourself familiar with the process, honestly.
