On my CIC check list the document "IMM5707E - Family Information Form" appears for both myself and my common law spouse. However, if you read the instructions, it says that should be completed by each person who is 18 years or older, or minor travelling alone, and passport holder from Argentina, Brazil, Malaysia, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa.
I find the sentence somewhat ambiguous. If you are 18 years or older, do you only need to fill it in only if you hold a passport from one of those countries? We both hold EU passports and are adults. For my spouse the check list contains Family Information (IMM5645) as well.
