IMM5669E - Not enough Columns to fill in question no 8 !!!

Hi All,

I am trying to fill my IMM5669E form.

Am stuck at question 8.There aren't enough columns to fill in all the information.

What will CIC verify as part of this ?

I have worked for the same company in india and had been to three countries including USA(five and half on business visa),Malaysia(one month on business visa) and canada(In 2010, for four months on short term work permit , again went back and came back in May 2011 on work permit).

How should i present this information.There arent enough columns to present all the info.

Please advise.

You can use a separate sheet of paper. Make sure you write the name of the form(IMM5669E) at the top of the sheet and question number. Ensure you write `see attached' so they know there is more information on a separate sheet of paper.
