Hi,
In IMM5669E - schedule A, we need to provide all addresses for last 10 years in section 12 of the form.
Do we need to include current Canad address in that (in my case I am staying in same apartment for last one year and still staying in same apartment).
If we need to include this, then what to enter in To Date as I am still staying in same apartment.

Yes, all addresses in the last 10 years or since 18 years of age, including current Canadian address. In the TO field for the current address, put the date when you will be signing the form.
