Good day. I hope someone would see my message and can please help me. My partner and I were requested by IRCC to submit an updated IMM5669. We submitted first week of June and until now we didn’t have an update from them yet. May I ask what’s the purpose of us sending the updated one and may I ask how long will we wait for their update? Asking for an `Updated' form, could simply be because you used an older version of the form (they seem to update forms fairly often). Make sure that the version of the form that you submitted was in fact the most current version of that form on the day that you submitted the application.

Thank you for your reply. IRCC sent as an email attaching the form to fill out. We applied last 2019 and sadly, until now, they did not give as an update yet. They only asked us to fill out an updated IMM5669 form. That’s it. Last update they gave us prior asking us to fill out the updated form was our medical exam last 2020. This is very frustrating.
