I am applying for my husband under the family plan. Our children (all under 18) are already Canadian and stay in Canada. So for this IMM 5669, do we have to fill in just for my husband? Do I have to fill in as well?

How about IMM5406 (Additional Family Information)? It seems that the 2 forms are duplicating.
