Hi Guys - I have filled up the IMM5669 Schedule A form. But when I try to upload it, I always get an error.
The issue seems to be that Chrome/IE/Safari isn't able to read the PDF. I see the below message when I try to view the PDF in web view.
Can anyone help me in resolving this?
