IMM5669 Schedule A Background Declaration

Hello,

The checklist IMM5534 for the sponsorship visa application says that IMM5669 Form needs signature of the principal applicant and it is also asking for Education and Work History. I am sponsoring my daughter who is 6 months old. Please advise.
And can I sign on her behalf ? I am the sponsor. What should I write in Education and Work History section?

Just put N/A on those areas and yes you can sign on their behalf
