IMM5669 request doesn't show up

Hi,

My spouse got an email with a pdf stating they would be sending me within 5 business days a request for IMM5669. This was on May 10 and the request never showed up. should we be worried? I feel it doesn't make sense for me to upload anything without them asking but we don't understand why they would send the letter to her and then not follow through with what they said. Has it happened to anyone? I've emailed them online via forms but no answer...

It pretty much happened to everyone & CIC is working on it to fix it, call CIC to check if they already requested & send it to them using IRCC webform if your gckey account doesn't have any option to upload the file
