IMM5669 mistake

Hello all,
I made an honest mistake and forgot to disclose a visit visa rejection of my spouse in IMM5669.
I amended the form and submitted it through the IRCC webform.
Is there anyone that made a mistake in forms and had to submit it after?

As long as you advised IRCC before they discovered it on their own you'll be fine.

I got same problem guys, I need advise. I made an honest mistake and forgot to disclose a visitor visa rejection of USA.
The IRCC officer asked me letter of Explanation for not disclosing my refusal on IMM5669.
What Shall I do ?
