I'm currently working on a spousal sponsorship package with my wife. I am the sponsor and she is the principal applicant.
We are a little confused regarding how to fill certain fields in the form that do not provide enough space. For example, for the address section we are unable to add the full addresses for most of my wife's family members. I have read on these forums that we may provide a supporting document with a table that shows the information for things that we can't fit on the online form.
My questions are:
How should we fill up the sections that we can not fill out on the online form? For example do we have to write something like "see attached document"?
For the education section, we are unable to fit the name of the institution for most of her places of education. Do we leave Section C: Education blank and just provide the information on the supporting pdf? And in that case, would we have to click the "add another" button on the education section for the online form to match the number of educations on the supporting pdf or can we just leave it blank on the online form?
And finally how should the naming convention be for the additional pdfs? for example for a supporting document for the IMM5669, would a naming convention like [name of applicant] - IMM5669 - ADDENDUM, be an appropriate naming convention or is there a specific way they want these documents to be named?
