IMM5645 "Will accompany to canada" for member applying separately

Hi there,

me and wife are visiting Canada to meet family and friends. My wife's brother is also visiting Canada around same time. However he is applying from another country, hence separate CIC application. In my wife's IMM5645, for the details of her brother, what should we put for "will accompany you to Canada?"
