IMM5645 or IMM5707?

This question has been asked before but I am re-posting as some forms have been updated recently and there is a chance that previous assumptions could be invalid.

I am applying for TRV for my parents and I am doing it online instead of paper.
In the checklist form IMM5484, it is specified that I have to include IMM5707. But in the online application, I am asked to upload IMM5645.

IMM5645 has an additional tab to the top, where type of visa should be indicated, otherwise it is the same as IMM5707.

Document release date as mentioned on the forms.
IMM5645 - Jan 2021
IMM5707 - June 2019

Logically it sounds like IMM5645 has to be attached to my application. But I couldn't find any confirmation on the same.

Suggest submitting forms that gets listed by default, online i.e., if you application checklist is asking you to upload 5707, stick to that. We have no choice on the forms selection (to be filled up and submitted) apart from what is presented to us.

I may be incorrect on this but since there is 2 tracks for visa application - IRCC Portal and GCKey - it is possible that applications filled via IRCC is showing the latest 5645 form. I used the GCKey route and got only the 5707 to fill-up and submit.
