So in the form the applicant has to list all travels, excluding to her home country.
The last travel was to come to Canada to study in college (study permit) and we also got married when she came last.

Should she write as purpose "College" or "College/marriage"?

Unless both were the initial plan of her travels...I'd just write studying.
