IMM5562 | ADR

Hi All,

My friend has submitted his application for PR from Canada. He has received an ADR for IMM 5562 form today.

Since he has no other history of travel except moving to Canada from India, is it okay to append a Letter of Explanation with the IMM 5562 form explaining that there is no travel history?
