I applied for Super Visa, and in the account I have the following message at top of the portal on main page: "Check the status and review the details of your application. How to submit additional documents Your action is required"
When I click on the blue hyperlink in the above message "How to submit additional documents" I am taken to the "Upload additional documents, Did we request an additional document from you?"
Here is my confusion, I did not sign the form by hand because in the instructions it says, "please upload the document(s) requested. When the document is uploaded, select the next button to sign and submit the document(s)." I uploaded the form and pressed "Submitted uploaded document(s)". There was no Next button to sign, the document was submitted.
When I log out and log back in again, on the application status page, I still get the following message: "Check the status and review the details of your application. How to submit additional documents Your action is required"
Any input on what is going on here?
