Just to clarify: If I have worked for the same employer for the past 7 years, I only need to provide one entry for question 7, correct? Does it look better if you have been working for the same employer for 5 years or more? Is that something CIC look at?

That is correct.

Work history is only important in its existence, they tend to look at more the lack of it than how often you change employers. My husband is a contractor, so he changed employers quite often, it didn't affect his evaluation.
