Okay, so this form is clearly under the "sponsor" and when I open it, why does a section of it require the principle applicant to fill it out? That just makes it confusing. How would the principle applicant fill out this section if its under one PDF for sponsors?

"PART B - INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRINCIPLE APPLICANT - TO BE FILLED OUT BY THE PRINCIPLE APPLICANT"

The form is listed under both the sponsor and the PA in the guide.
