Hello, i am trying to fill form Imm5532e for a spousal sponsorship.

In question Number 4: If you are not living together, have you visited each other during your relationship?

Actually, We are living together now. so should I leave it blank? the only two choices are Yes and No.

we visited each other before Marriage.

Write living together in both places where it says if no why not and if yes give details below . Leave yes and no blank
