Is anyone having the same problem. I partially fill out the form in Adobe and save my work. When I go back to edit the form it is locked. Can't add or change anything. Very annoying. The other forms are ok. >:(

This is a common error from Adobe, you are better off not using the save featture.

Ok great thanks I'll do that.

I am having trouble with a few of the key forms, I wonder if anyone can advise on

The problem is that the pdf boxes are too small for the info they ask for. For the longer paragraph type questions it's ok since we can attached a separate sheet, but for questions like listing job titles, school names, address in the small one line boxes, it cuts off half the answer (ex 'conservation policy coordinator', only shows up as 'conservation pol'). They won't be able to properly see the answers. Should I make the tables again on separate sheets attached?

Thanks!

Anything that wouldn't fit in the space provided we answered again on a separate sheet with the full wording.

I stated this in another thread, but I have seen lots of problems with these forms too. Try using FoxIT PDF reader for the problem forms where Adobe doesn't work. There was also a TRV form which has problems in FoxIT but works fine in Adobe. They really need to standardize and overhaul all their forms.

Great, will do the same - thanks for the answer!

Do make sure you enter name, form name, and the number/letter of the question your answering on all extra sheets.
