I key in the sponsorship evaluation on the template provided however, under Number of Family members and person included in undertakings in effect and not yet in effect

4. Yourself -> I couldn't enter anything in it. Do I need to enter 1 using pen?

The rest of the questions I am able to key in though.

When you open IMM5481, "1" entered by default at the YOURSELF column. You cannot and should not change it.

I remembered previously forms it was default but now it was blank. Hmmm... guess i will just write 1 on it .

I just opened the form using this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5481E.pdf, "1" is already written in it. The form version is April 2012.

I opened and it shown blank though. I will just write down 1 in pen. I remembered seeing that 1 when I print it last time. Oh well
