IMM5481 net personal income for the 12-month period preceding the date of applic

On the IMM 5481 -Sponsorship evaluation form, for the following question:
3. Your net personal income for the 12-month period preceding the date of your application.

My last pay stub was from 10 days ago. Does it want the exact 'date' prior to your application ie meaning yesterday? I haven't had a full pay period (Should i estimate for this period thus far?)

So if i sent my application tomorrow (March 25), the answer to this question would March 13,2013 until March 12,2014....

Unless someone says otherwise this is the way i am going to go.. How technical should i get here.

You don't have to be exact, just give a rough number if needed. What they need most is your option C printout. You need to request this from CRA.
