I am filling it the IMM5481 evaluation du parrainage..
question three, it states your net revenu 12 months before the demand....
I mean they want what it is written as net revenu in my tax declaration that I did this year or they want to know how much did I gain from November 2008 - November 2009 ( since January 2009 I started working in France)...
and Above all they ask to add the C Option from Canada's tax agency....what is that about ?

Write the full sum from Nov 08 to Nov 09, but add a comment saying that you made $x in France starting in Jan 09.
In the instructions you're given a phone number where you can call to order an Option C printout - it takes about one week to get it. I think they want it since it says whether or not you're on welfare or if you're going through bankruptcy.

Perfect so it means that it should be a summary records of my income that I count by myself ( i mean i will check how much I gained from nov 2008 until nov 2009). Should I also add all the recepit??

about the option c, i m going to call tomorrow (it seems that today is closed ) and I m going to tell them to send in Canada, to a friend s house where I have my name on it (while I was in France I left my bank account opened in Canada because i have a scholarship to receive) . So when I am going to Canada at the end of November (when I send my application) I am going to receive it.
