Hi,

I am planning to apply as Principal applicant for Federal Skilled Worker with self sponsorship (paying on own) and wife (5+ yrs Marriage) as Dependent, do I need to fill the 'IMM5409E - Declaration of Common Law Union' form?

Appreciate your suggestion on this.

No, if you're married, then you aren't common law. You'll need to provide proof you're married, such as a marriage certificate.
