Hi All, I have a question about the caption form. I am a Canadian and my wife is submitting the application using me as a sponsor. Do I need to fill in this form?

I'm in the same situation - sponsoring my spouse as a Canadian citizen - and I've been advised that I do NOT need to fill out that form.

I think the principal applicant should fill out the additional family form, my application got returned because It wasn't filled out.
