Hello,

Can someone just clear up, who fills this form out, the sponsor (me) or the sponsored (husband) and with whose family information mine or his.. and who is applicant (me) correct.......... ???

Im making this more confusing than it already is, I know. just want to be sure i have everything in order. thanks!

The Canadian is the sponsor, the spouse is the principal applicant

So, IIRC, you are the Canadian and your spouse is Italian then he completes the additional family info form.
