IMM5406 Family Woes.

I am confused about the IMM5406. I have a few siblings that I do not wish to acknowledge, nor do I wish to have any dealings with them. Are we still required to list them, and if so, is Canada going to attempt to contact them?

Yes, you have to list them. It's very important that you answer all questions truthfully in your application. No, Canada is not going to contact them.

Ahh, ok. What about the health exam. It seems to say all members must have an exam if they are coming to Canada or not?

That's actually not what it says. It says that dependent family members have to complete the medical. Your siblings are family members but not dependent family members. So they do not need to complete a medical. The only individuals who have to complete the medical are your spouse / common law partner (if you have one) and your children under 22 (if you have any).
