I am still confused with this part.
I was wondering because it said
Employment history, if applicable,include all records of employments for the last five years. what should I put if within that five year period I was a student
2020-January-present-Employed
2019-July-2020 January 20- unemployed (vacation)
2018-July-2019-july- Employed
2018-January-2018-June unemployed (Vacation at school cause Im still a student)
2015-2017 Student

should I include the dates when I am still a student to comply with the five years or should I just put those employment records that I have even if its only for about two years.

Yes it must be a minimum of 5 years accounting for every gap. No matter what you were doing.

Hi, are you required to send proof of work history for all the five years or last employer would do?
