Hello, apologies if this question has discussed before.
Recently I got a refusal for my PGWP stating that :- Based on your application and accompanying documentation that you have provided, I have carefully considered all information and I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and Regulations. Your application as requested is therefore refused.
And it may be because I just uploaded my official transcript & I didn't provided the graduation certificate because i received the certificate late from the college.
Afterwards I did flagpole at the border to get my PGWP and I clarified this situation to them and they approved my PGWP.
Now my question is while applying for the TRV there is one question in the imm5257e form as below :
Section, 2(b) – Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country ?
So, what should be my answer for this yes/no ?
Because I got one refusal for my PGWP do I have to give yes? And if so what reason should I write in the answer box?
