IMM1344e

I uploaded IMM1344e to the permanent residence portal. It is now "ready to submit", but in the Attachment column it provides "imm1344e(1).pdf" followed by an option to delete. Ii have a couple of other uploads that are "ready to submit", but none are showing anything in the Attachment column. Can somebody telll me what I need to do with the information in the Attachment column. It has been a couple of weeks since I uploaded it. This is driving me crazy. Thank you!

IMM0008 and IMM5669 are ready to submit. They don't have anything in the Attachment column.

the IMM 1344 is diferent from the other forms where you need to print and load the attachment ,in the case of both IMM5669 and IMM5669 they are both online no need to attach them ,simply revise make sure all the information are right and then submit .
