I'm sponsoring my spouse for whom I already applied for a TRV and is still under processing. In the IMM1344e Sponsorship Eligibility section question 6 it's asked "Have you submitted a previous application in respect of a final decision has not been made for the person being sponsored and their family members? ". So in this case do I need to answer "Yes' as there is a TRV application still under process or is this question specifically asking if there is a pending sponsorship application in progress.
If I answer "Yes" will I be ineligible to sponsor, if that's the case what's the best course of action. Should I withdraw my TRV application first before sending this in?
