IMM1344 - do i need to fill 2 forms for my parents?

Hello,

I am filling out form IMM 1344 for my Dad and Mon as part of the "Parent and GrandParent 2018" lottery. I have 2 questions:

1) #4 - Principal applicant. I can only put my 1 person (Dad). So, do i fill a separate application for my Mom.
2) #7b - UCI / Client ID - What number goes here?

In the lottery form, I had not put my wife as Co-signer. Can i add her as co-signer now? Individually, i do qualify to sponsor.

1) Don't think you have to fill separate forms......will expect your Dad to be PA.....and Mon to be dependant......on the same form

2) For a fresh application, you won't have UCI number.....so could leave it blank.......UCI will be issued later by IRCC.

if you don't yet have the numbers, you could leave those fields blank, UCI and Application # is not mandatory as you usually don't have UCI, except your have previously applied for work permit or other Canadian visas.

If your parents have or has received the UCI and Application Number, you could fill.

Its not mandatory that you have a co-signer.....co-signer is useful if your spouse or common-law partner may help you meet the income requirement by co-signing the sponsorship application........if you won't meet the financial requirement to sponsor, including a co-signer will help.
