Please does anyone have experience in adding digital signature on IMM1294E form. would be pleased if you could let me know, as the normal process of adding signature not working. thank you
 
The form doesn't need a signature when filling in electronically,

When you're finished click "validate" and a set of bar codes will be added to the bottom then you can upload it

Use Adobe acrobat reader to complete the form
 
Hello. After filling out the form you'll just click on verify. No need to add signature if applying online. Once done you'll be asked to sign before submitting application
 
sorry for bugging in between. I am filling IMM1294 and i will be applying offline. On the very first of the form they have asked for UCI number. I have earlier applied for student visa in 2014 but it was rejected so on that basis I have UCI number so should i provide that or not? first timers won't have UCI number but my file was rejected 3 years ago. what should i do?
